Client’s Customers Withdrawal Requests Management and Automation using CI/CD Tool Approach for validation ease : • As per client’s Server migration & analysis, teams decision/conclusion of using a CI/CD tool approach based on Jenkins to solve this issue. • Proposition of creating/updating the client’s online Withdrawal-Request Window Interface for fast validation ease. • Establishment of the project architectural process and creation of a GitHub sub-team. • Setting-up Git repositories & SSH Keys in GitHub for code/files storage for the Agile teams. • From the DEV team, establishment of a Jenkins pipeline script with integrated tools such as : GitHub, Maven, SonarQube, Nexus, Tomcat, Docker, and Kubernetes. • Ensure good verification/validation of code check-in and code check-out process. • Via Route 53 in AWS services, creation of a Sub-Domain name under client’s Domain name. • Testing the created Sub-Domain in a new Web Tab for good connection confirmation. • From the online withdraw request management, if the request amount is below a specific amount, the request is automatically validated. Else, only a maximum of 2 validations is needed to process the request.

AWS Cloud Engineering Management and Maintenance with PaaS & SaaS Cloud computing model approach : • Configure customer assets in different types of cloud services (SaaS & PaaS). • Provision AWS resources using AWS Management Console as well as AWS CLI management. • Plan/Build/Configure network infrastructure within a VPC with Public and Private Subnets. • Leverage AWS Cloud services such as EC2 Auto-scaling and VPC network to build Secure/Flexible/Highly scalable systems that handled expected/unexpected Cloud bursts. • CI/CD pipelines implementation to automate Build/Testing/Deployments using Jenkins and AWS Cloud infrastructure services. • Ensures good integration & compliance of Internal/External defined constraints and rules related to the security of IT Systems and Data.

AWS Cloud and Hybrid Application Deployment Maintenance using PaaS cloud computing model approach: • Continuous support and solution of queries/doubts raised by the Client/Teams/Group using Internal tools, Kubernetes, and AWS. • Investigate/conduct root-cause-analysis for issues/defects raised by clients during testing. • Issues management via our internal tool by pushing it till the state of “Solution Available”. • Delivery of the project status to Clients, Project Manager and Counterparts as necessary.
