Reporting to Group SVP Middle-Office, in charge of building the IT Middle Office program, manager of 15 people. Results: setup of the program (3 work streams) and successful implementations. - Business partner: business requirements, IS architecture for time capture, billing and cash collection; - Sourcing: benchmark and select market solutions, contract negotiation with vendor and implementation partner; - Drive deployment strategy and kick-off pilot projects for Cash Co & Time Capture in Singapour; - Setup program governance: project and program steering committees with stakeholder management.

Results: selection and implementation of group ERP. - Drive product selection: solution, implementation partner and contractualisation, - Lead solution rollout plan for 40 countries, - Manage first 3 projects: implementation in LATAM.
