Introduction
With 15+ years in HR I am passionate about making our teams & organizations growing. I worked in different industries and environments (plants & HQ in manufacturing, e-commerce, Tech and digital) and company sizes (scale up, small and big companies). I like sharing my knowledge with others : I am mentoring founders in Tech HR start up with the LabRH ecosystem, and helping an association of senior people, to develop their employability (Réseau Oudinot). Beside my voluntary work engagement, I am a theatre actress amateur, and working on new "on stage" projects on a yearly basis.
