Missions principales: - Développer ou reformuler des produits selon un cahier de charges, afin de répondre aux exigences des clients ; - Formuler des produits cosmétiques sous différents référentiels et critères de formulation: Calculs de la naturalité selon ISO16128, COSMOS organic, Cruelty Free International, certification RSPO, certification Vegan, etc. - Contact régulier avec les fournisseurs de matières premières, établir un partenariat étroit avec ces derniers ; - Rédiger les modes opératoires ; - Réunions hebdomadaires en interne et avec les clients pour le suivi des projets ; - Travailler en relation avec le service Commercial et Marketing, réviser ensemble les rétroplannings des clients ; - Collaborer avec l'équipe de transposition industrielle afin d'évaluer les risques techniques d'une formule lors de sa mise à l'échelle et assister aux essais pilotes ; - Gérer la charge de travail d'un technicien de laboratoire ; -Coordonner les tests liés à la qualité et la sécurité du produit (tests de stabilité, Challenge test, évaluation toxicologique du produit, test de compatibilité, tests cliniques, etc) ; - Épauler le service règlementaire pour la constitution du Dossier Information du Produit ; - Participer à la rédaction de procédures opératoires standardisées (SOP) ; - Veille techniques et technologiques ; - Agir en tant que support technique post-production.
