Implemented agile methodologies, resulting in improved project delivery times and stakeholder satisfaction. Streamlined the design and deployment of a software product line, delivering 100+ releases in 8 years with only 40 issues reported by hospital and clinics. 40% were fixed in less than a month and 75% in less than 3 months. ARIA eDoc • Network virtual printer acting as a smart import service of patient related documents into ARIA OIS • Started as a local need in Germany. Eventually reached worldwide release to fix thousands of error prone manual tasks • Documents analysis and data extraction defined by data specialists using a dedicated Domain Specific Language ARIA IC Data Import • Started as a migration support tool to ARIA OIS for French customers • This tiny piece of software became a cornerstone of ARIA penetration on the Japanese market ARIA Facturation SESAM-Vitale • Filled a gap on the French market where ARIA OIS could not simply be sold without a proper billing module • Huge decrease of billing admin tasks. Some customers reconsidered the need for dedicated billing admin positions • Partnership with CSIS/MedSphere DIC to ARIA • Migration tool. Transfer all patient oncology records from “Dossier Informatisé en Cancérologie” to link ARIA OIS • Used from Jan 2011 to Dec 2015 at 100+ hospital and clinics to migrate up to 20 years of patient history
