Mission d’architecture et support aux équipes de développement sur le SI Transport (TMS, YMS, tri, référentiel) de la Branche Service Courrier Colis (600 Applications, 5 Millions de requêtes/jours). Rôles: Evolution et refonte de l’architecture des systèmes d'information, accompagnement des équipes Dev et OPS, observabilité SLO/SLA ( TOGAF, Archimate, EDA, KAFKA, WSO2, SAP, Dynatrace, ELK, SAFE, JIRA, OPENSHIFT OPC4, Kubernetes ) : - Optimisation du plan de transport multimodal. PTV, Kafka, Kubernetes. - Refonte de la gestion et régulation du plan de transport: PHP 7.4 => Java Spring Boot 3.0 - Amélioration des performances détection des fausses : Machine Learning, Dynatrace - Implémentation du mode déconnecté sur application Mobile de Flashage des contenants (Couch Replication Protocol, CoucheDB cluster, Kafka, Kotlin).

Supporting software editors in critical phases of their cloud and DevOps transformation, the missions are conducted in 3 phases: 1 In analyze phase: conducting an audit with transversal approach from build to run to identify the main root causes of reached limits: - investigating main client issues in tracking tools and source code repository. - Analyzing legacy architecture within its limits and identifying how to bridge the gaps in order to reach product growth targets - Auditing production process; costs and risks. - Evaluating efficiency of QA process and costs. - Reporting the areas for improvement in order of importance. 2 Working with the management committee on planning phase: - Creating a view of the transformation with added values. - Prioritizing quick wins with high business values on a road map. - Staffing a transformation team by reinforcing inner skills by adding external experts 3 Supporting transformation teams in realization phase: - Building new architecture and solutions - Conducting Proof Of Concept to validate solutions. - Supporting team in achievement, by applying best practice. Supporting two software editors from audit to their transformation: - Ginkoia (Sport retail): improving performance, thread stability, API Management, POSTMAN. - CIM (health insurance): refactoring QA process by reducing execution time of batch from 40hours to 10 Minutes, conducting Proof of Concept to validate migration in hybrid cloud (AWS , KAFKA, GITLAB, LINUX), improving production monitoring(ELK stack). Two achievements on base innovation approach were the subject of research subventions from BPI. Conducting audits of 5 software editors, 4 of them in mergers and acquisitions context. - Juxta (health): cloud migration on AWS. - Wipimo (real estate): mergers and acquisitions - Gercop (real estate): mergers and acquisitions - Serca (beverage industry) : mergers and acquisitions

Laburo provides cloud and mobile services that explore new modes of collaborative work by giving access to coworking by the hour through a real-time and human-centered approach. As the person in charge of the technical realization, I was responsible for: - designing and building the architecture. - selecting the technologies, on cloud and mobile native solution. - supporting the marketing in designing the solution; by evaluating the costs, deadlines, quality and technological risks, and building roadmap. - translating the functional requirements into technical specifications. - selecting the suppliers and sourcing contractors. - designing Rest API. - driving the internal and external developments. - validating the deliveries. Achievement of 100% of the developments on the AWS cloud in DevOps approach, with Nodejs and MongoDB. When contractors left the project, I had to finalize both mobile applications, debugging them and improving their quality before publishing them on the stores. Driven during the project by nearly 20 contributors: engineers, UX designer, IOS developers, Android developers, internal and external. Technology watch: Kubernetes, Go, GunJs, ArangoDB, Python. Responsible for the architecture of the back-office product of the front to back suite "Kondor+". Solution currently deployed in more than 400 of the largest international banks. As architect, I supervised the development of 5 agile teams (Scrum), i.e. 25 engineers, interfacing with the test teams in Gdynia, local customer support and consultants in the network. We implemented DevOps to ensure continuous improvement of the product in the areas of security, robustness and performance, using an agile approach at scale (SAFE). The gain in efficiency obtained, allowed us to undertake major projects of evolutions, and redesigns, and thus to meet the needs of our market in full mutation. Responsibilities: roadmap, technology selection, architecture design, technical specifications, proof of concept, design reviews, code quality, validation tests, last level support. - Contribute to merge and redesign of the graphical interfaces of Misys' back office software, towards a new real-time user experience. - Design and development of an OLAP data cube processor for business data mining. - Design and development of an engine allowing the application of business rules on web forms. - Last level support missions at IGN India in Mumbai, UCPB in Manila and Denel in Johannesburg. - Real time update of the graphical interface in push mode (Angularjs, HTML5, websocket). - Design and implementation of an ETL, allowing the connection of the back-office to several front-offices. Achievements: - Columbus project: Modelable Back Office interface, allowing independent updating of Font office and Back office products, and opening to other front office. (JAVA, JNI, JDBC, groovy). - Solaris SPARC to Solaris X86 migration - SQL server migration - Corba TAO migration - Memory optimization by passivation/Activation of EJB. Development engineer in a team of 8 to 12 engineers. • I Pass approvals tests on product Electronic Data Interchange for protocols PESIT and ETEBAC 5 to close GSIT Interbank group , this certification is necessary to sale product. ( SCO UNIX , C, C ++, C #). • Development a driver of modem card for the mail application X400 Tedeco of France Telecom , an I pass approval tests to close France Telecom. • I develop the protocol layers of a connected application of SIDEXA insurance society, used by automotive expert to calculate repair costs. • Development of protocol layers for SAGE cash application. (Windows, SQL SERVER) .
