I opened Massilia Concept in order to propose an expertise on information system and telecommunication management oriented to large and medium sized businesses. Started with no clients in 2007, I have reached 7 years later, stable turnover of 140 000 €, dealing with more than 100 clients on 390 different sites managed across the world. Relevant achievements: - P3 Network Centre : Shipping Alliance between three major carriers Mearsk Line, MSC and CMA CGM. I was leading infrastructure and security work streams in direct line with CIO and reporting to steering committee. This department was in charge of environment and service delivery topped by security and quality compliance. - CMA CGM : Leading IT organization for Africa, Middle East and South America. I start working on this opportunity in 2009 by starting a transformation of agencies delivery in Mozambique. Success of this transformation drives me to transform IT organization in Africa a year later then to Africa, Middle East and South America 3 years later. During this 5 years period, I was reporting to IT group agencies manager and to the entity called GAN (Global Agency Network), head of all CMA CGM agency network worldwide (more than 650 sites).

My role was to transform a consulting department based in France and Belgium to bring it back to profits. This goal has been achieved improving sales process quality, delivery department productivity and recruitment process Relevant achievements: - Stabilize turnover to 6.5 millions euros - Transform 800 000 euros yearly loss into 80 000 euros profits - Manage department transition from 120 peoples to 80 - Build daily dashboard to pilot department and project activity

My role involves leading projects and audits on classified IT systems for both DCNS (French navy main supplier) and French Army.

Recruited as “analyst” for IT security department, I evolved rapidly to “consultant” roles involving team, budget and project management. Relevant achievements: - Lead one of quality control team for NHS IT system implementation (20 peoples, 22 million end users) - Define new policies for IT system security - Build packaged toolset for security audits - Create new offerings related to IT security architecture standards (Materials and solutions reviewed and validated by college composed of 40 security experts across the world)
