First employee of the company, arrived to lead the design and the creation of a modern and efficient platform for Coverd and its policyholders. Projects & missions: - Split the monolith in several applications : the front dedicated to customers, the backoffice for collaborators, a partners website all of them using an API (also opened to white-label partners) - Collaborate with customer success team to improve backoffice efficiency & automation - Develop new features (develop & improve claim funnel, add new products types in catalog, improve device tracking, ...) - Guarantee application performances & quality

Shapin' was an online platform offering a large panel of sport programs, available online and live, animated by influencers from Instagram, YouTube, Facebook. Projects & missions: - Build the project from scratch - Build & maintain the whole platform and guarantee its performance, scalibility & quality - Help defining, then measure & expose OKR - Build the product roadmap with CEO - Recruit & manage external resources when needed (UX & design, development)

Projects: * Arrived as a web engineer to start the migration of the legacy application to Symfony2. Increased application scalability & performances with RabbitMQ, Redis and ElasticSearch. This application now handles an average of 50k requests / minute in 22 countries worldwide. * Got promoted to Web architect after 1 year and became the referent on RabbitMQ and ElasticSearch related topics. Projects include: migration of application workers to standalone applications thanks to swarrot an open source library made at BlaBlaCar, ElasticSearch clusters maintenance and migrations (from 0.19.4 to 1.7), industrialization of our Chef infrastructure to deal with ~200 servers, developers onboarding (France & Poland). * Participated in the migration from bareservers to containers (Rocket), the code instrumentation in order to provide monitoring & alerting (Prometheus) or the SSO project (Shibboleth). Others: * Maintain the swarrot library * Give various talks in Europe about PHP, Symfony2, ElasticSearch, RabbitMQ.

Project: Migrate the legacy application called "software" to symfony2 from technical conception to implementation (this application is used by restaurants to deal with their customers, handle reservations, create maps of their rooms, ...) and deal with performances issues. Became referent of a 7 people team. Environnement: PHP5, Symfony2, Doctrine DBAL, Git, Jenkins, Debian, unit & functional tests

Projects: * Work on the latest version of l'Express website (development, technical architecture improvements). High performances needs in order to serve millions of pages. * Conception & development of the middleoffice of the ETS website (in charge TOEIC & TOEFL certifications). Others: * Trainings (Symfony 1.4, Doctrine, unit testing, etc.). Environnement: PHP5, Symfony (1.x & 2.0) , Doctrine ORM, Git, Redmine, Jenkins, Unix (Debian), unit tests.
