Sustainable Financial Security Remediation Plan for the National Bank of Belgium Main tasks and responsibilities: • Co-leading a multi-year remediation program requested by the National Bank of Belgium, in the Financial Security department (Know Your Customer & Anti Money Laundry) • Leading 12 retrospective analysis with up to 20 FTEs per team • Ensuring timely delivery of hundreds of committed actions to the National Bank of Belgium • Reporting to the Executive Committee Level, COO and National Bank of Belgium • Resources management, planning and coordination

Adapting the systems, processes and organization to new regulations and market evolutions (+-250 FTEs) Main tasks and responsibilities: • Leading a multi-years Market Evolutions program for a total budget of >5 Mio€ • Implementing new regulations (i.e.: CSDR, SRDII, EMIR), mandatory market evolutions (i.e.: transfers via Swift, ISO20022 migration) and audit recommendations • Stakeholders management within the whole bank, including front, legal & compliance, … • Resources management, planning and coordination • Relation with external providers for integration of third-party packages (from RFI/RFP till implementation) • Coaching of the project managers and project’s teams

Lead the efficiency improvement Program of the Securities Handling department Main tasks and responsibilities: • Leading a multi-year cost efficiency program of >15 projects for a total budget of >10 Mio€ • Finding new cost reduction ideas in IT automation, robotization, process improvement, outsourcing and reorganization • Stakeholders management within the whole bank, including front, legal & compliance, … • Global representation of the whole change portfolio upwards (till executive committee) and downwards • Resources management, planning and coordination • Relation with external providers for integration of third-party packages (from RFI/RFP till implementation) • Coaching of the project managers and project’s teams

Project Manager with complete responsibility of the creation and in-sourcing of the Corporate Actions department (+-60 FTEs) within BNP Paribas Fortis • Definition of the Target Operating Model and follow-up of the recruitment track • Definition and follow-up of the handover strategy • Setup and rollout of the Training Strategy in a cross-border environment • Management of the operational readiness track (teams’ organization, processes, KPIs/KQIs) • In-sourcing of custom-made business tools and development of adapted ones • Management of the contractual aspects between BNP Paribas Fortis and BGL
