As a jury member of the acceleration program I take part in analysing and reviewing technical aspects of startup applications, as well as interviewing applicants. When the startup is selected I may also provide consultancy on product design, roadmap and project management.

Tout d'abord en tant qu'architecte logiciel et data, avec une expertise des outils Talend puis dans le cadre de la refonte globale du SI, en tant que référent de l'architecture technique transverse (application, logiciel et data) j'ai: - défini l'architecture et l'urbanisation cibles des couches applicatives, systèmes et bases de données ; - animé des présentations techniques ; - proposé / validé des solutions techniques adéquates (BRMS, industrialisation et conformité des installations, ...) ; - mis à jour l'ensemble des bonnes pratiques de développement Talend et Java ; - mis en place une gestion des livraisons normée (versionning, delivery management, etc.) ; - été en support niveau 3 pour la MOE pour aider dans les stratégies de migration, batch & temps réel. L'architecture orientée services (SOA, REST et à la marge SOAP) a été retenue pour s'interfacer au mieux avec le nouveau back office SaaS. Les composants logiciels que j'ai été amené à proposer/utiliser sont: - BRMS Drools - Talend ETL/ESB/DQ - PostgreSQL 9.x / Hadoop - Jenkins / Maven / Git(lab) - Docker / Ansible - ELK stack / Nagios Tous ont été dûment documentés (DAT, installation, exploitation) et d'un point de vue urbanisation, mes contributions vont des HLD/LLD applicatifs, systèmes, réseaux, ainsi qu'aux documents de normes de développement, de CI/CD (Software Development LifeCycle), et les documents de conception générale pour l'interfaçage des différents applicatifs. Enfin, en ce qui concerne la gestion des règles métier par le BRMS Drools, j'ai été amené à: - définir l'architecture technique et applicative (WebServices / microservices) ; - rédiger et valider les PoC (différents cas d'usage, volumétries, stress tests, etc.) ; - formaliser avec les architectes fonctionnels les règles métier ; - concevoir les algorithmes et des matrices pour implémenter les règles métier ; - définir le processus de gestion des livraisons (release management) spécifique pour s'interfacer avec les processus métier
