Agile Coach in the Workplace direction : I worked on the agile transformation of a direction of 300 persons and a budget of 1B€ (Natixis Real Estate Services and Workplace Solutions). Our primary objectives for 2021 included fostering continuous improvement, enhancing client centricity, boosting operational efficiency, and cultivating an agile culture. Scrum Master in the Approv'All Team : I worked in a team of 5 persons, developping an iPhone app from scratch to simplify validation processes for all managers in Natixis. We handled thousands of requests everyday through an API based architecture. I was also part of the Agile Center in Natixis where I had the opportunity to exchange with peers and to actively participate in knowledge sharing communities.

– I served as Scrum Master for a 12-member team, leading the implementation of a Data Lake with Big Data consultants using the Hadoop stack. – I oversaw the development of five business use cases while managing core feature improvements in parallel. – Worked in a highly dynamic environment, fostering close collaboration with cross-functional business teams.
