Led the Oracle NetSuite ERP deployment across Aqualung affiliates: set up supplier contracts, managed the system integrator, and coordinated integrations, data migration, and business involvement. Achieved a successful and on-time go-live for the first subsidiary in the US.

Managed a large ERP and CRM transformation program (Oracle PeopleSoft, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud). Turned around a project initially at risk: reorganized the team, renegotiated supplier contracts, set up proper governance, and shifted from a waterfall to an Agile/Lean delivery model. Delivered key ERP modules in alignment with the academic calendar.

Led a €50M ERP and Retail transformation program for Adeo (Leroy Merlin), managing a portfolio including Oracle ERP Cloud (Finance), TMS, Retail Merchandising, and Retail Optimization applications. Scaled up the program organization (150 contributors), coordinated multiple project teams, and successfully transitioned the Retail Merchandising solution delivery from waterfall to Agile SAFe.

Managed the implementation of an Order Orchestration solution for the Enterprise division (€400M revenue, 700 employees). Set up governance, coordinated 40 contributors, monitored the external supplier, and oversaw integration with legacy systems (CRM, Portal, Billing, Activation, Provisioning).

Principal functional architect for OSS implementations across the EMEA region.

Delivered OSS solutions (inventory, orchestration) for Orange affiliates in Europe. Responsible for evaluation and procurement of Element Management Systems (EMS) for access networks.
