Drafted the RFP and led the specification phase in coordination with 8 business departments, the central IT department, and 3 key vendors (CRM editor, integrator, hosting provider). Optimised the customer journey: 30% reduction in request processing times, 20% increase in users directed to digital channels, and improved customer satisfaction. Co-designed the IT sourcing strategy with the Procurement Department: rationalised 15+ national and local IT framework contracts, projected savings of 12% over 3 years, better pooling of framework agreements, and strengthened vendor governance.

Lead development and implementation of IT strategy and project governance model to ensure consistency across the entire Ministry. Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders at locations across the globe to build robust IT infrastructure and drive execution of major technology initiatives in alignment with overall strategy.
