 Lead and own end to end delivery, cost and Supply optimization across all markets within East & West Africa region(Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Mauritius, Madagascar, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Uganda, Rwanda & Djibouti) from over 7 global supply sites including Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMOs).  Build a strong network across the supply base to enable an efficient response to potential supply issues / threats  Develop stock models to ensure optimize inventory, considering the potential of obsolescence for effective working capital management.  Lead overall supply planning strategy of finished products for Agbara, NG & Likoni, KE site, supporting in complete rough cut capacity planning in order to achieve the required customer service level, working capital target and other required performance.  Facilitate Supply Review Meeting (SRM) and support Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP) process of the organization.  Manage safety stock by protecting demand variabilities to reduce Slow Moving and Obsolete (Slob) inventory.  Responsible for all in-market supply planning across active market in East and West Africa region and Manage export customer who import goods directly from supply site.

Spearhead unification of demand planning process across all countries within East & West Africa

 Provide technical, analytical support to improve the quality and timeliness of the S&OP process.  Drive cross functional demand planning process which provides top level management with visibility of business performance and advance insight into critical business issues, facilitating Demand Review Meeting (DRM).  Implement a SOLS (Stock-Out, Low & High-Stock) monitoring process that identifies potential excess production to maintain 2019 year-end inventory level on target, saving £300k.  Improved OTIF at 99% FY 2020, collaborating effectively with supply planner to maintaining on-time delivery and receipt of finished good.  Create a predictive forecast and advanced analytical models in SAP APO and MODCF using historical sales data and other simulations from customers.  Maintained & report supply chain key performance metrics (KPI’s) using analytical models.

 Champion cost saving measure by consolidating shipment, resulting in £50,000 savings in 2018.  Organized shipping schedule based on predicted customer order per location to increase truck optimization and reduce overall transportation cost.  Improved the FY 2018 OTIF (On time, in full) closing with 97.5% from 75.5% in 2017  3rd Party Logistics Provider management  Maintaining warehouse performance to the optimum level  Maintained & report supply chain key performance metrics (KPI’s) using analytical models.  Manage safety stock by protecting demand variabilities to reduce Slow Moving and Obsolete (Slob) inventory.  Manage customer order and ensure On-time and In-full delivery being accountable for OTIF
