Lead the development and implementation of software solutions that support our telecommunication services. Direct a team of software engineers and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of software projects. Define and implement software development best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, and testing methodologies. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members to help them grow and develop their skills. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for software development.
