▪ Manage the overall scope of new projects (building, equipements, installations, industrial start-up); ▪ Manage relationships with subcontractors and supervise the progress of construction sites; ▪ Ensure the construction of a white room; ▪ Ensure the electrical, pneumatic, fluid, sprinkler network, fire detection system and computer network installation for new constructions. ▪ Guarantee the start-up of new equipment within the defined objectives. ▪ Manage production starts and monitor KPIs; ▪ Manage the investment budget;

▪ Manage of the industrialization department; ▪ participate in steering committee and site operational meetings; ▪ Prepare the annual investment budget; ▪ Expand the panel of suppliers based in Tunisia; ▪ Ensure start of new equipment in defined objectives and in accordance with the established procedures; ▪ Lead industrialization projects; ▪ Develop and Validate Functional specification for special machines and Assembly Lines; ▪ Arbitrate project priorities and risk assessment; ▪ Ensure the updating of standards and the industrialization procedures; ▪ Ensure improvement and optimization of assembly processes.

▪ Manage of the technical department team ▪ Analyze and solve technical issues of aeronautical structures’ assembly ▪ Lead process risk analyses ▪ Attend transfer projects; ▪ Optimize and improve assembly processes; ▪ Contribute to the continuous improvement project ▪ Study and validate tooling requests ▪ Ensure updates of technical documentations.

▪ Develop mechanical concepts (CAD) and assemblies for injection molds, extrusion molds, blowing and thermoforming molds ▪ Define the manufacturing ranges for machined mechanical pieces ▪ Program toolpath for CNC machines (CAM) ▪ Follow the realization of project’s machined mechanical parts in the workshop ▪ Test and tune up injection molds with team ▪ Prepare preliminary project cost.
