My mission as a Product Manager is to drive product strategy and evolution to ensure product-market fit and maximize user adoption, particularly among automotive rental leaders like Sixt and Europcar, as well as automotive dealerships such as Mercedes and Stellantis. Key Responsibilities: ▪ Market Research & Product-Market Fit: Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends and the needs of users at rental agencies and automotive dealerships. Strategically adjust products (Carstation Lite and Tirestation Lite) to meet space constraints and the expectations of target customers. ▪ Product Development & Go-to-Market Strategy: Oversee product development and the rollout of Carstation Light in Europe and the United States. Collaborate with Michelin for the launch of Tirestation Light, tailored for dealerships. ▪ Product Roadmap & Prioritization: Define and manage the product roadmap in alignment with strategic objectives, ensuring continuous added value. Utilize data analytics to prioritize high-impact features. ▪ Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams (development, UX/UI design, data, marketing) and manage stakeholders to design effective solutions that meet user needs. ▪ KPIs & Product Performance: Monitor KPIs to measure product success, identify areas for improvement, and explore new innovation opportunities to strengthen Proovstation’s competitiveness.

Responsible for driving the evolution of the Diagbox platform, specialized in processing industrial data, particularly in the water sector. In this role, I was responsible for: ▪ Launch and Stabilization of V5: Strategic prioritization, resolving roadblocks, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure a successful deployment. ▪ Preparation of Cloud-Oriented V6: Defining the product vision and developing the product roadmap for an optimized Cloud solution. Conducting in-depth customer analysis and creating personas to ensure optimal product-market fit and maximize user adoption. ▪ Product-Market Fit & Customer Insights : Organizing user workshops and gathering user feedback to adjust the product and strengthen its market fit. Analyzing customer insights to refine the product strategy. ▪ Strategic Steering & Cross-Functional Collaboration : Coordinating cross-disciplinary teams (development, UX/UI design, marketing) for effective collaboration. Updating the backlog and developing the PI roadmap to maximize product impact. ▪ Creation of a Nearshore Unit in Morocco : Establishing a nearshore team to optimize development costs and support product agility. Managing resources and collaborating with international teams to boost productivity. ▪ Agile & Scrum Development Cycle : Writing specifications, participating in Scrum rituals (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives), and monitoring product deliveries to ensure quality and timely completion. ▪ Product Validation & Delivery : Conducting end-to-end (E2E) tests, facilitating feedback workshops, and integrating feedback to optimize product delivery and maximize user satisfaction.
