- Architected and deployed real-time ASR pipelines in production (audio streaming, buffering, asynchronous processing) enabling continuous speech-to-text transcription. - Designed and implemented scalable LLM-powered NLP services via an MCP server architecture (information extraction, summarization, semantic analysis). - Fine-tuned domain-adapted LLM and ASR models to improve accuracy and robustness on noisy real-world data. - Implemented production monitoring and diagnostics (latency, data integrity, model performance), resolving reliability and scalability issues.

• Developed a collaborative semantic annotation NLP tool for retrospective analysis of medical reports. • Built SemOntoMap: a hybrid ontology + transformer pipeline for patient-centered knowledge graphs in psychosis research (published in 2 papers). PhD thesis: Ontology-based Semantic Annotation for Domain-specific Knowledge Representation and Interpretation, with applications in the health and language domains.

• R&D in Named Entity Extraction and Recognition from biomedical literature. • Contributed to internal and external management tools and client projects. • Improved ASR methodologies to enhance accuracy and robustness; supported deployment and performance monitoring.

• Extracted and visualized non-pharmacological interventions from biomedical literature using machine learning. • Built information extraction pipelines and produced analytical visualizations for research stakeholders.
