Responsible to design, implement, support, and manage network infrastructure ( network devices, backbone, and remote office connections) solutions to both internal and external clients. Responsible for on-site installation of systems, equipment and the physical relocations (moves, adds and changes) to the telecommunications and security system. Manage and monitor VPN connections to remote offices and VPN server allowing remote access to users via the Internet. Establish development and configuration practices that ensure a high level of performance and optimizes capacity utilization. Provide second and third level support for problems related to network issues.

Responsible for installing, maintaining and supporting computer communication networks within an organization or between organizations. Carrying out day-to-day administration and monitoring network use planning and implementing future developments. The goal is to ensure the smooth operation of communication networks in order to provide maximum performance and availability for their users (staff, clients, customers, suppliers, etc.). Worked internally as part of an organization’s IT support team or externally as part of an IT networking consultancy firm working with a number of clients. Collaborate with business stake-holders and customer representatives to understand and translate business requirements, into appropriate technical solutions to meet both business and commercial needs.
