Since 2007 I am working as a freelance translator. Until now I have translated law, medicine, engineering, architecture and scientific articles; voice recordings and official reports of meetings and books. Thanks to this, I am used to work with a deadline and able to manage my own schedule.

As an At Home Advisor at Apple Care, my duty was solving the technical problems of the customers and providing them superb service. Empatising the customers, comforting them, finding quick and reliable solutions, working under pressure, multitasking and preparing reports in english were parts of my daily duty.

Matiana Travel is providing tailor-made holidays of the foreign VIP guests who are coming to Turkey for vacation and cultural visits. I was in charge of a twenty people team, organizing their schedules and referring the administration works in collaboration with the main office based in Istanbul.

In Museum Hotel, the only Relais&Chateaux hotel in Turkey, I have worked as Concierge to provide necessary needs of the guests to improve their stay. I have been acknowledged for my ablities of courtesy with the guests and stress tolerance on this front desk position.
