- Accompany the management of a store in driving strategic actions during its transfer to new facilities (surface area x2.5) under construction. - Orchestrate the framing and structuring of the transfer project. - Produce roadmap and retroplanning, with monitoring of key milestones to ensure deadlines and objectives are met. - Coordinate connection between internal departments and store (merchandising, logistics, management/performance control, HR, positive impact, materials yard, etc.). - Set up automated weekly to-do lists (tasks, periods and statuses) via Google Sheets for simplified, efficient tracking of ongoing actions. - Harmonize and centralize area managers' tasks for transfer (preparation, execution, operation). I am a project manager in charge of the integration of multiple payment solutions (3x4x and 10x12x) for French and international partners/merchants. In parallel, I am in charge of the optimization of the merchant integration process.

On mission for Sopra Steria Next at Agiris, a subsidiary of ISAGRI. Agiris is a software publisher for accountants. The company delegates to us the implementation of certain customer files. Within the coordination unit, I am in charge of : * Validate administratively the transmitted files. * Planning and coordinating interactions with clients, as well as the interventions of technical teams and trainers for the deployment of ISAGI, ISACOMPTA, ISAGED software packages. * You will also be responsible for ensuring that the various actions and interventions are carried out correctly. * You will be responsible for the development and implementation of the project, and will be responsible for the management of the project and the implementation of the project. * Follow-up of the deployment from A to Z of the three different software packages at the clients'. * Participation in weekly steering committees

As part of my Master project/Thesis, I was selected in the Explora Digital programme. With my team (6 people), we were commissioned by Chronodrive, the pioneer of drive technology in France, to extend their clientele to the millennials. The challenge was the following: How to make Chronodrive the reference for food shopping among the younger generation? We created a new functional mobile application and a 360-degree communication campaign. - Analysis of the company's situation and the competitive market (use of Excel, interviews and surveys) - Analysis of the needs of current consumers and the complementary target group - Identification of KPIs, benchmarks, interviews and design of a digital solution - Development of the marketing strategy linked to the digital transformation - Development of a national campaign (using Photoshop and Premiere Pro) - Creation of an application with exclusive features (using Adobe XD) - Development of the following skills: data analysis, E-merchandising, responsive design, customer experience, digital marketing, SEO, E-CRM, design thinking - Obtaining the Explora Digital EDHEC Certificate: a programme for the acquisition of technical and behavioural skills based on the "Test & Learn" approach. - Pitch of the project on stage in front of more than 150 professionals at the national convention of Chronodrive (CODIR, shareholders, managers, store managers...)
