Project Planner at Momentum, the Construction Manager as Agent (CMA) for the ITER Project, supporting project scheduling using Primavera P6, contributing to the identification of risks and delays for prevention and anticipation actions, monitoring construction progress through contractor follow-up, help clean and maintain project databases to ensure data accuracy and consistency, and assisting in cost control activities.

Perform highway construction budgets consulting for state entities. Audit awareness workshops on road intelligence for state entities by following work completed. Submit technical, legal, financial, and operational monthly reports with project execution status.

Monitor transportation infrastructure projects through progress reports provided by contractors. Revise and approve monthly contractor invoices per auditing verification of work. Maintain financial and budget control of projects’ execution through detailed dashboard tracking.

Perform detailed on-site inspections to document and assess risks involving theft, fire, flood, and others. Residential, commercial, and industrial facilities. Write thorough reports with on-site remarks to provide insurance companies with a professional concept whether dwellings were sufficiently protected or required additional measures.
