As a Domain Manager, I lead critical transformation initiatives to modernize core banking capabilities, align digital strategy with enterprise goals, and oversee large-scale cross-domain programs. I manage a multidisciplinary team (20+ resources), composed of internal staff, solution provider and external consulting partners. I hold dual responsibility across two distinct areas: • Transversal Domain – Referential & Access Management • Product Domain – Savings, Insurance & Securities Major Achievements : 🔹 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 & 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗹) • Defined and implemented core referential data for BMCI’s three legal entities (Onshore, Offshore, and Islamic Finance) within the new Core Banking platform, including branch organization, currencies, rates, product catalog, commission/pricing structures... • Organized banking products and operations • Designed and structured operational workflows (client onboarding, loans instruction, guarantees, savings,cash transactions,...) • Led the access rights matrix definition for all banking divisions, including Retail, Corporate, Private Banking, Islamic Finance, Offshore, and Central Functions, ensuring secure and role-based access governance. 🔹 𝗦𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀, 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 (𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗗𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻) • Directed end-to-end deployment, the following products, in accordance with the targeted and strategic business needs - Insurance of Loans, Overdrafts facility, Cards, Bundled offerings, and bancassurance products. - Savings : Term deposits, Savings Accounts, Savings Plans - Securities : Full lifecycle support for securities account management

Deputy to the CIO, as a CISO, I had ensured the creation and the organization of the Department (20FTE) dedicated to cybersecurity and IT risks covering the activities of : IT risk management, Cybersecurity, IT continuity, and access right management. I had ensured : • Lead the portfolio of strategic IT risk programs and projects • Facilitate steering committees and IT risk committees and ensure change management • Guarantee compliance with the bank's IS security policy.
