Augment is an online Business School for the AI era, offering an MBA designed for entrepreneurs, innovators, and disruptors, with lessons from senior operators and founders at Waze, YouTube, HubSpot, OpenAI, Lovable, and more. I conducted the following for Augment: • Supported a successful fundraising by participating in the preparation of a financial reporting and forecasting model, and cohorts analytics. • Set up a data warehouse and modern analytics stack (BigQuery, Airbyte, Coupler, Looker) with dozens of analytics queries and dashboards. • Built a fully automated financial reporting and multi-scenario forecasting model used by the co-founders. • Built internal APIs and tools to help with some operations such as customer support and billing.

Timeleft is a generational high-growth consumer app that brings strangers together every Wednesday for a dinner in restaurants. I conducted the following for Timeleft: • Supported a successful fundraising by participating in the preparation of a robust data room. • Set up a data warehouse and modern analytics stack (BigQuery, Airbyte, Hightouch, Looker) with hundreds of analytics queries and dozens of dashboards. • Built a fully automated financial reporting and multi-scenario forecasting model used by the CFO, and multiple additional models (demand forecasting, LTV analysis, etc.). • Helped inform decisions and optimizations on pricing, performance ads, operations, and other areas.

My attempt at bootstrapping a fully integrated direct-to-consumer mid-market leather goods brand that makes original high-quality leather goods without the retail markup, using a piloted crowdsourced and theme-based approach along with premium materials and transparency. Kanzek leather goods were manufactured in our Marrakesh workshop, sold online on our website and on Amazon, and offline in our 1st Marrakesh concept store.
