– Building, structuring, operational supervision, and motivation of the accounts payable team. – Securing outgoing payments and ensuring payment deadlines are met. – Ensuring compliance with Law 69-21 requirements. – Implementing, monitoring, and controlling payment campaigns in compliance with internal procedures. – Structuring processes and tools to be implemented. – Liaising with internal and external stakeholders (clients). – Monthly closing of supplier accounts. – Analysis and clearance of supplier accounts and accrued expenses (FNP). – Analysis and monitoring of P&L account variations. – Ensuring reliability of supplier master data for accurate and exploitable information. – Participating in DFCG general projects (VIM Project Manager). – Optimizing the P2P process in collaboration with stakeholders. – Implementing and presenting KPIs, and optimizing performance. – Controlling and analyzing auxiliary accounting reports (GL, aged balances, auxiliary balances).

– Ensuring monthly accounting closings. – Guaranteeing the reliability of accounts and accounting and financial information. – Analysis of P&L and balance sheet accounts. – Cleaning accrued expense accounts (FNP) and justifying aged balance. – Ensuring compliance with monthly supplier circularization. – Establishing and integrating monthly provisions. – Participating in the preparation of tax returns and documents related to tax control. – Supervising the processing of local and imported CAPEX and OPEX (including service provisions with R.S) in compliance with accounting, tax, and internal control rules. – Managing the accounts payable team. – Steering and presenting projects related to the organization and management of supplier flows (Digitalization, Invoice grouping, Archiving methodology, Payment process...). – Implementing operational KPIs related to activity and daily processing (DPO, Order system reception delay, Accounting recording delay...). – Presenting KPI results and organizational projects to the CFO. – Solution-oriented approach in P2P process management and auxiliary master data. – Participating in the SAP S4HANA migration project (June-December 2019). – Contact person for SAP consultants, MM and FI modules. – Creation and monitoring of technical requirements (requirements workshop, testing, and pre-production validation).

– Liaising with the accounting firm and financial institutions. – Preparing income statements for the business plan. – Account control and monitoring, bank reconciliation. – Controlling invoicing, accounting, and tax declarations. – Participating in the elaboration of provisional budgets and variance analysis.
