Responsibilities: • Leading the development of a drone equipped with a thermal camera. • Managing R&D teams (Software, Electronics, Mechanics, and Automation). • Supervising products industrialization in South East Asia (China, Taiwan). • Managing relationship with departments involved in products development and promotion (Marketing, Sales, Finance, Quality, Purchasing, and Business Development). • Establishing partnerships with international companies and collaborating in joint design projects. Key achievements: • Filled a patent for Camera module for a motorized flying machine (accepted, to be published in 2018). • Developed six High Definition cameras. • Successfully developed and industrialized 14MPx cameras for Bebop2 and Disco drones (300K units sold). Technical skills: Opto-mechanical design, Cameras assembly and industrialization, Image stabilization.

Projects: Parrot RnB6 Infotainment System & SOCA platform Responsibilities: • Managed a Vehicle Integration Program including International Partners Certification and cross-functional team coordination (legal, quality, purchasing, qualification, validation). • Specified and led the development of Automotive OS & Apps: Audio and Video Players, Phonebook, BT Telephony, Voice commands, Navigation, Maps, Climate control... • Set-up and adjusted goals and priorities for Software, Electronics and Mechanics teams of 50+ engineers. • Defined Human-Machine Interface and User Experience. • Designed and followed promotional communication supports. Key achievements: • RnB6 received“Best of Innovation Award”at CES 2015. • Successfully demonstrated SOCA features at CES 2014. A new R&D platform created internally with 100+ engineers and demonstrators provided Parrot with several new contracts: o Renault integrated SOCA Head Unit in Eolab concept car for Paris Auto show 2014. o Porsche equips Panamera model with Parrot Rear Seats Entertainment products. o New Smart Antenna project launched internally. o Parrot joined AVnu Alliance.
