My role included supervising functional teams in Morocco and Spain, and I led tax audits, serving as the main point of contact for banks, auditors, tax authorities, and HQ for the Moroccan subsidiary

– Internal control and financial audit (Insurance and industry sectors) Review and assessment of the internal controls' mechanisms/ Financial audit within the framework of statutory audit. – Organization / Project Management/ Data Migration / IT System overhaul - Health Insurance Business processes analysis and business requirements gathering through workshops facilitation with cross-functional teams. This resulted in the development of detailed specifications and functional requirements, along with assistance in multiple phases of solution deployment.
