Manufacturing Process Management and Optimization : -Assemble and lead project and manufacturing teams. -Establish, maintain, and continuously improve project quality processes and standards, including managing PFMEA and PCP. -Design and develop manufacturing processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective production. -Select appropriate materials, equipment, and tools for the manufacturing process. -Identify and address bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and potential issues in the production process. -Create detailed work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). -Ensure that all processes are well-documented and comply with industry standards and regulations. -Collaborate with quality control and assurance teams to define and implement quality control measures, conducting inspections to ensure product consistency and compliance. -Evaluate, manage, and improve machinery, equipment, and tooling for manufacturing processes. Quality Management System : -Ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA-6.3..) -Oversee audits, manage non-conformities, and implement corrective actions. -Lead quality control - Handle customer complaints and lead 8D problem-solving - Manage supplier quality and conduct audits - Oversee PPAP, APQP, FMEA processes - Support continuous improvement and corrective actions - Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, PPAP, APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC -Supervise teams, train staff -Collaborate with departments to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction while maintaining supplier quality compliance.

Project and Launch Engineering : -Manage project timelines, costs, and quality standards, ensuring compliance with regulations. -Develop a detailed project plan outlining objectives, scope, timeline, budget, and required resources for the project launch. -Coordinate multiple teams and departments involved in the project. -Identify potential risks and challenges and develop appropriate mitigation strategies. -Monitor project costs (CBD). -Manage resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and budgets, while leading a team. -Ensure that the final product or project meets established quality standards. -Evaluate the success of the launch by gathering feedback and identifying areas for improvement in future projects. -Design, develop, and optimize technical solutions to meet project requirements. -Identify process improvement opportunities and lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma). -Conduct quality control, inspections, and audits to ensure product/process compliance. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, R&D, quality) and provide technical support.
