🔹Internship Subject : 🔸Digitalisation of International Procurement Flows: Development of a Management Cockpit for Import Files in SAP S/4HANA MM Module🔸 The solution was designed and built from scratch to meet the client’s specific needs, as international procurement processes at Maghreb Steel, the national leader in flat steel production in Morocco, were managed outside SAP S/4HANA (mainly via spreadsheets), leading to conflicts, errors, and delays. The cockpit introduces a dedicated SAP S/4HANA-integrated space (DI) to manage import files, providing visibility, integration, and efficiency while reducing duplication and errors. 🔹Responsibilities : 🔸Business Analysis & Mockups Worked with functional teams to understand business needs, capture requirements, design UML diagrams, and validate UI mockups. 🔸Database Design & Optimization Created custom Z-tables linked to SAP S/4HANA MM tables, ensuring performance and integrity. Added status tracking for evaluation and closure of import files, with filtering features and perspective for future reporting dashboards, while respecting HANA data warehousing principles. 🔸SAP GUI Development (ABAP) Built Module Pool programs with Dynpros, ALV, and PBO/PAI logic. Integrated DI processes into SAP MM. Implemented reception (handled by logistics) and DI lifecycle features (creation, update, evaluation, visualization, closure, deletion) managed by import teams. 🔸Integration with SAP Standard Extended BAdIs in MIGO to connect DI management with Purchase Orders, ensuring seamless reception. 🔸Fiori/UI5 Application Development Developed SAP Fiori/UI5 applications with backend CDS Views, Behavior Definitions, and Implementations to expose and manage business objects, providing a future-proof, user-friendly cockpit. 🔸Project Results & Achievements Delivered a unique cockpit, not available in standard SAP, enabling centralized DI management, improved visibility, error prevention, and significant time savings for Maghreb Steel.

🔹Internship Subject : 🔸Design and Implementation of a Dashboard for the Management of Logistics, Procurement, and Transportation🔸 This project involved designing and developing a Business Intelligence (BI) solution aimed at improving decision-making processes in the logistics and procurement departments. The solution includes a comprehensive dashboard that centralizes data related to purchasing, deliveries, and transportation, ensuring efficient management and real-time monitoring. 🔹Responsibilities : 🔸Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborated with teams responsible for deliveries and procurement to better understand the database structure and identify the key elements required for effective reporting. 🔸Data Integration, Preparation, and Design: Collected and processed large datasets from the PREPROD server, ensuring data accuracy and consistency for BI reporting. Designed extraction scripts for the database (DB) to feed the Staging, Data Warehouse, and Data Mart levels. 🔸Data Transformation, Cleaning & ETL Processes: Cleaned, transformed, and prepared data for analysis by removing inconsistencies and ensuring data quality. Developed and executed ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate data from multiple systems into the BI platform across three levels: Staging, Data Warehouse, and Data Mart. 🔸KPI and Metric Development: Defined and tracked key performance indicators (KPIs) for the procurement and logistics departments to monitor performance and optimize workflows. 🔸Dashboard Design & Development: Designed and implemented interactive dashboards for procurement and delivery modules, improving decision-making efficiency.

🔹Mini Project: Building an ETL Pipeline for Sales Data Analysis Description: Designed and implemented an ETL pipeline to process and analyze sales data for a retail company, ensuring data integrity.
