Energy efficiency project -Optimization of energy consumption and performance improvement. -Audit of energy and water consumption management; -Benchmark between the different bottlers of the company in terms of energy consumption and processes; -Establishment of an action plan and follow-up;

- Improvement of the industrial yield of the phosphoric acid production line. -Analysis of the elements impacting the chemical yield at 3 levels and comparison of the results; -Establishment of an action plan for the improvement of the chemical yield of the 3 lines;

HSE Department (Health, Safety and Environment) -Development of the company's Internal Operations Plan (POI); -Waste management for a goal of zero waste to landfill; -Study of environmental management / ISO 14001 standard; -Establishment of material and energy balances; -Monitoring of packaging machines and minimization of losses;
