Dotways is the startup behind Carways, a product I built from early stage at Telecom For Future. After earning the Tunisian Startup Label in 2025, Carways became the company's core product. Carways initially started as a mobile application for automotive spare parts and later evolved into a broader automotive platform connecting vehicle owners with automotive professionals, spare-parts suppliers, maintenance services, and vehicle management tools. My role focuses on product development, technical coordination, product iterations, deployment follow-up, customer feedback analysis, and supporting the evolution of Carways as a production-ready automotive platform. Key responsibilities: • Own the technical architecture of the Carways production system, making stack and design decisions across mobile, backend, and search. • Lead a team of engineers and interns, conducting code reviews and driving technical standards. • Translate business requirements and user feedback into technical decisions and product iterations. • Own delivery end to end: development cycles, releases, and continuous improvement. Product impact: • 50,000+ downloads on Google Play. • Tunisian Startup Label received in January 2025.

Final-year engineering internship building a production-oriented tender management platform (Achghal.tn). Key responsibilities: • Built backend features and REST APIs in Spring Boot and MongoDB. • Designed and developed the Angular web and administrative interfaces. • Integrated frontend modules with backend services and contributed to technical design. Project: • Achghal.tn : tender platform in Tunisia.

Internship focused on hybrid mobile development and IoT-related integration.
