Mission: As a System Architect at Groupe Atlantic, I managed the software and hardware development of multi-zone air conditioning systems, enhancing product connectivity and integrating Building Management Systems (BMS) with energy management. Main Achievements: - Designed the two multi-zone air conditioning systems named Shogun 1.1 and Osmoz V2. - Managed the software (SW) and hardware (HW) development of both products, ensuring high-quality outcomes. - Oversaw the development of wireless and wired thermostats for Shogun and Osmoz, which were developed by a third party, to enhance system functionality and user experience. - Led the project management for the Shogun 1.1 project, applying effective strategies to meet project timelines and quality standards. - Simplified the architecture of both products, leading to a significant reduction in direct and indirect costs. This also made the assembly process simpler, installation easier for installers, and reduced the product failure rate. - Developed the architecture of the Osmoz V2 building management system (BMS) with energy management for commercial buildings, facilitating efficient energy use across multiple tenants. - Directed the development of the Osmoz V2 BMS by a third party, ensuring the product met our high standards and integrated seamlessly with our systems. - Created and delivered training on functions, commissioning, and troubleshooting for the trainer and after-sales team, enhancing their ability to support our products effectively. - Managed the product certification process, securing important certifications such as EuBac and CE, which are critical for market acceptance and compliance.
