I worked as a Java Developer • Installed the flood insurance, the wind and the fire model web’s site to let the brokers quote their risk on line and get the policies also on line after the approval • Used (Java, html, Java script, jdbc, J2EE, AS400) Project Achievement: • Quoting the insurance policy was initially done in excel, every broker had its own version. This situation create confusion in terms of controlling and estimating the risks. • Building a single web based application was a real asset for SOREMA, the brokers can quote and sell the insurance policy online. • I prepared the proof of concept to demonstrate its feasibility and its added value to the company.
