As a Data Scientist Intern at BPCE, I analyze historical meteorological data and events to identify high-impact occurrences. My role involves predicting the number of claims filed by insured clients, which assists the actuary team in budget allocation for reimbursements. Additionally, I forecast the rate of these claims to help the indemnification department manage their resources effectively in real-time.

Intel develops system simulation tools to allow engineers to test their innovative architectural ideas and evaluate their functional, energy (power consumption), thermal and performance (PTP) several years before the systems are manufactured. In this context, architects and designers must simulate modern (software) workloads, on pre-silicon models of the system. These simulations must be completed within a reasonable time frame. The challenge of the internship is to create models of energy consumption and thermal behavior using Artificial intelligence techniques that are faster to simulate than the state of the art.
