IEEEXtreme is a global challenge and competitive programming hackathon, which is organized annually by the IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers). This 24-hour competition brings together undergraduate, master’s, and PhD students, who are IEEE members, from across the world to solve a variety of programming and algorithmic problems. Selected for the prestigious role of Section Lead in the IEEEXtreme 15.0 Public Relations Team, I played a pivotal role in orchestrating the participation of over 10,000 individuals from 500+ universities across 50+ countries. This position demanded a high level of leadership, coordination, and motivation skills, especially in managing the intricate dynamics of the Morocco Section.
