Financial Oversight: • Monitor Plant performance to ensure alignment with targets • Advise Plant Management on financial strategies Cost and Efficiency: • Optimized resources by analyzing sales, headcount, personnel and defect costs. • Create and improve reports and dashboard with value-added initiatives Reporting: • Support and assist team on Current Forecast, Business Plan, Long Term Planning • Deliver monthly/quarterly financial reports and calculate quotations for product cost

Analytics: • Daily and real-time updated reports in Power BI connected to SSMS (SQL Server), Oracle DB, Excel and Jira API • Develop KPIs with defined targets focused on task duration, cost, ROI, equipment utilization, and workload Projects: • Lean: Automate processes to enhance efficiency and provide a clearer overview. • Manage and coordinate the implementation and configuration of software to ensure efficient and effective operation Planning: • Plan, monitor and track the activities in three laboratories: 3D Measurements, Clean Room, Electric Failure Analysis • Effectively handling task prioritization.
