Designed and fulfilled the new central Supply & Deliver organization with team members in France, the US, Slovakia, and Mexico. Implemented operating models with global functions (Commercial, GBS, IT, Finance, Manufacturing). Aligned global KPIs and deployed the Group performance dashboard, achieving regional convergence and target attainment. Led a team of Senior Managers performing together with the regions for delivering global customer-centric transformation programs: • Co-manufacturing relocation from US (Charlotte, NC) to Saltillo, Mexico (10.5M EUR cost saving) • US network redesign (+4pp OTIF, 5.5M EUR); • Contributed to global transition from classical S&OP to IBP model • UK distribution network redesign (+5pp OTIF, decreased penalties and secured commercial contracts) • EU logistics footprint (warehouse implementations in Italy & Spain) • Co-Manufacturing CI programs (Europe - 1.2M EUR & US – 1M EUR) • Centralized Customer Service from 15 countries in Europe to GBS in Bulgaria (1.4MEUR saving) • New MEA logistics network (Nigeria) – live Mar 2023 • Global TMS / visibility platform: enabled IN-TRANSIT visibility and accurate CO2 reporting • Supported M&A integration (DJEEP 2020, Rocketbook 2021, BodyMark).

• Integrated 15 local Customer Service teams under centralized Supply Chain governance (95+ people) • Led workforce transition to GBS, delivering €1.4M savings while maintaining service continuity • Strengthened Order-to-Cash governance and automation (RPA deployment – 60k automated orders)

• Led a direct team of 3 managers and an indirect team of 100+ across all 15 BIC countries in Europe. Designed and led the European Supply Chain Long-Term Strategy (LTS) for 2018–2020 grouping more than 30 strategic initiatives and implemented the first European Supply Chain performance dashboard covering Co-Packing, PLM, Logistics, Freight and Total Supply Chain Cost (4M EUR savings, +2pp service level) • Led “Best in Class in Forecasting” transformation across Europe, redesigning planning processes, segmentation logic and decentralizing Demand Planning closer to commercial teams; authored and deployed the first European Planning Operating Manual, standardizing way of working across 15 BUs

Developed Project Management culture and methodology (PMO, ROI, risk). Led a portfolio of 30 SC projects including €1M IT developments. Supported ERP upgrades in BIC Australia and BIC South Africa

Led E2E Supply Chain across Supply Planning, Customs, Warehousing, Distribution, Customer Service, Accounts Receivables. Stabilized operations and the logistics supplier landscape. • Board-level owner for Supply Planning, bridging local planning and centralized European Demand Planning • Managed inventory as core KPI, driving working capital discipline and service level improvement: Supply Chain cost 6.8% → 4.8%, late AR 15% → 6.9%, Service Level 96.1% → 97.2% • Developed local leadership capabilities and prepared successor prior to expatriation

Managed business planning, promotional & events planning, yearly contract, listings and shelf-space negotiations for major multi-national key accounts (Carrefour, Auchan, Billa / Rewe, Kaufland). Exceeded 2012 Sales Target: +12% vs. target, +41% vs. LY.

Led relocation of Customer Service Germany / Austria and 8 Balkan markets to Bucharest, Romania (250k EUR saving / year). Integrated responsibility for outsourced logistics, led warehouse transfers and logistics optimization generating 25% cost reduction.
