• Expanded existing ERP system to attain a systematic approach for planning, on-time delivery performance has increased from 32.35% to 92.43% in 4 months. • Increased production throughput by 9.46 %. • Assigned production resources/tools into the system. By structuring their movements to be managed through the system, real-time information flow and accuracy were ensured, and queue times were reduced significantly. • Created VBA based Gannt Chart for more effective and efficient planning. • Delivered works for the expansion of the ERP system are; o Routes had been determined and assigned to the material codes. o Scrap ratios have been calculated for each material code. o Capacity planning table in the ERP system has been created. o BOM and product trees were defined into the system. o Safety stock quantities were defined, and purchase requisition triggers were integrated into the system. o System controls were added to enhance data accuracy for effective planning. o MRP structure was designed and implemented. o To achieve a much more optimal cutting plan, production order screen was modified to include additional filters. Visual follow-ups and alerts were also integrated into the system.

• Created VBA based Gannt Chart for more effective and efficient planning including deadline tracking automation, short/over production and machine capacity report, calculating optimum set-ups, raw material requirement report. • Created machine capacity report for processes before and after weaving and foreseeing bottlenecks, achieved %15 improvement on production downtime. • Tracked orders situations and determined submaterial supply dates and shipment dates. Decided which orders to be outsourced.

• Provided key technical and subject matter expertise in Manufacturing, Inventory, Quality and Maintenance modules of the SAP S/4HANA system in a regulated, validated environment. • Successfully deployed PP-MM-QM-PM modules by going through each implementation phase and provided training for end users. • Carried out troubleshooting and assisted Production system break/ fix requests associated with the MM, PP, QM and PM modules.

• Designed Assembly Line Planning Program and Subcomponents Planning Programs architecture to advance the planning process and written the codes in Excel VBA. Assembly Line Planning Program encompasses; o Auto Schedule with shift input ( 2 weeks shift plans & 1 year week plans) o Instant calculation day stock levels of the products which allows smoother planning -Capacity Report o Stock Reports o Headcount Report Subcomponents Planning Program includes; o Auto Optimum Lot size calculation (based on demands, scrap ratio, breakdown and capacity) o Auto production quantity calculation o Allowing better visual control by highlighting stocks running short o Capacity Report o Headcount Report

• Implemented Kanban system in Press Department. • Handled defense industry parts planning and press department planning. • Lead process improvement practices; applied value stream mapping methodology to analyze current state& future state and initiated Continuous Process Improvement Projects.
