I am the Technical Lead of the JUMP Reporting team, composed of 7 members, in the market finance sector. In addition to development on a Java (Spring) and React.js (with TypeScript) stack, my responsibilities include: - Providing technical guidance to the team (quality monitoring: Sonar, unit testing, code reviews, pair programming, documentation). - Managing sprints according to the Agile Scrum methodology (planning, workload estimation, backlog/worklog management, etc.). - Participating in the recruitment process: technical tests, interviews, and participation in forums. - Interacting with business, sales, and support teams. - Optimizing the performance of the Reporting module. - Conducting technical watch and participating in architecture committees.

I worked as a Full Stack Developer in the market finance sector using the Scrum methodology. I was a member of the Reporting team within the JUMP solution. My technical skills include : - Implementing new features for the Reporting module and fixing bugs on both client and server sides (Java with Spring, React.js with TypeScript). - Using various tools such as Jira, Jenkins, AWS, Sonarqube, MySQL, and MongoDB. - Implementing/fixing tests (JUnit/Jest).

Creation of a data archiving and retrieval module for the JUMP Reporting solution. Utilized Java / Spring / React / MongoDB.
