• Analysis of User Stories and acceptance criteria with the teams (BA, PO and Developers) to define relevant test cases. • Functional acceptance of the management modules for provident and retirement savings contracts: validation of business rules (benefits, annuities, taxation). • Automate UI tests with (Selenium/WebDriver/Java) and API tests with Postman. • Development and maintenance of automation scripts to speed up acceptance cycles and improve functional coverage. • Control of batch processing (memberships, contributions, payments) via SQL queries and verification of anomalies. • Significant contribution to improving the success rate of tests by reducing flaky tests, optimization of scripts and the implementation of good automation practices. • Participation in Agile ceremonies and coordination with the business, development and QA teams. • Complete management of the bug lifecycle: identification, escalation, prioritization and follow-up via JIRA. • Quality reporting on Xray, monitoring automation pipelines with Jenkins and writing documentation on Confluence.

• Analysis of functional (user journey, roles, rights, terminal management) and technical specifications in collaboration with the Product Owner and the System Architect. • Perform automated tests of inter-application flows (integration and end-to-end) to ensure the consistency and reliability of data exchanges between systems, as well as simulation of complete scenarios crossing multiple applications (E2E). • Design and maintenance of Web testing frameworks (Selenium/WebdriverIO/Java/Cucumber/JUnit), including Page Object Model, Test Context / Scenario Context, BDD scenarios, cross-browser testing, advanced assertions and full reporting via Allure • Perform automated API tests with (REST-assured/Java/Cucumber/JUnit/Allure/Maven/OAuth2, JWT/Keycloak), including response filtering, advanced assertions, logging, schema validation, parameter management, as well as manual API testing (Postman). • Implementation and execution of automated non-regression tests (Web & API) to validate product developments and secure new features before going live. • Perform performance and load tests with Gatling (Java) to evaluate the scalability, response times, and volumetry of applications. • Use of JIRA/Xray for anomaly management and prioritization, traceability of test cases. • Implementation of quality indicators (test coverage, test stability, execution time). • Participation in code reviews, QA (Shift Left) best practice improvements, and Agile ceremonies: Daily, Sprint Review, Sprint Planning, Retrospective. • Setting up and using CI (GitLab) to automatically trigger pipelines, with job execution (API, UI test) in parallel, generation of reports via dependent jobs and automatic upload of results to Xray via REST API. • Execution of tests in isolated containers (Docker) and monitoring of test environments via ArgoCD, ensuring consistency and synchronization of deployment between Dev, Int and Prod.

• Development and evolution of the automation framework based on selenium framework, Xamarin.UITest and Calabash for the mobile application (iOS and Android). • Realization of test automation (Smoke, TNR) with the C# language on the Page Object model and data entity model for Web and Mobile. • Management and coordination of the activity of automation teams, manual and developers. • Implementation of Executable Specifications (BDDs) with Gherkin (specflow). • Implementation of a cloud testing solution (App Center Test). • Implementation of tests in a TFS-based continuous integration chain (pipeline). • Methodology – Agile (daily standup meeting, dashboard). • Implementation of Automation Strategies • Speed of execution and parallelization of tests. • On several environments (multi browser, multi-platform) and with different databases.

• Participation in the creation and integration of graphical user interfaces (WPF) based on the architecture (MVVM pattern). • Development of kernel libraries for the composition of functional or technical extensions of applications (C#, MEF). • Participation in the testing and validation of the software. • Integration of existing functionalities with the software. • Reporting of functional and technical anomalies on polarion (ALM). • Creating automated tests using Microsoft Test Manager and the NUnit Framework. • Writing of documents (Programmer Guide (API), validation) in English.
