➤ People, Engagement & Culture Team Support to the international community in promoting talent development and implementing global upskilling strategies. Coordination of the Global Talent Community, management of Viva Engage, and facilitation of knowledge sharing across more than 30 countries (in English). Contribution to People Reviews, Succession Planning, and long-term skills needs assessments. Management of the internal learning platform “My Learning,” including content insertion, updates, and curation of learning materials. Coordination of bilingual agendas and meetings, preparation of minutes, and dissemination of information to stakeholders. Development of tracking dashboards (Office 365 / Power BI) to centralize content, deadlines, and key indicators. Organization and participation in international Talent Management and Learning committees, with bilingual facilitation (English – French).

Supported students with learning disabilities in improving their learning processes, particularly in language subjects. Provided individualized guidance to enhance understanding, memorisation and academic performance. Assisted primary and middle school students in developing autonomy and confidence in their learning journey.

Implementation of differentiated teaching strategies for students with learning difficulties. Facilitation of workshops that promote understanding and autonomy in learning. Individual support for students during language classes. Proposal of personalized solutions to optimize their progress and strengthen their engagement.
