Technical Project Manager 2&3G / LTE Mobile Network roll-out • Responsible of the I&C department: - I&C Process elaboration and quality improvement - I&C Scope analysis, forecast and Planning - Sites implementation and integration phases - Trouble shooting and punch clearance - Sites debarring / handover to Operations and Customer • Cost control related to the department: human resources, material/HW purchases, Logistic • Interaction with all departments (Customer and internal) within the project in order to define, improve and implement Process and Quality. • Planning and sites integration delivery as per management / customer target. • Management and allocation of resources (internal/external ) such as I&C field engineers and subcontractors to perform: - Sites commissioning - Sites integration and/or upgrade, retrofit - Support to other departments such as Operations/Radio/Transmission for trouble shooting and punch clearance for acceptance - Support to Civil Works dpt for site preparation with I&C scope - Punch clearance for debarring and sites handover • Management of back office engineers for: - Work orders/incident tickets follow up to within SLA and restrict impact on KPI's. - Validation / follow up of inspection/technical, I&C and test reports - Follow up documentation flow: deliverables related to I&C for PAC/FAC • Handling data base update at each step of defined Project Milestone

National Project Manager of a countrywide transmission network roll-out • Responsible for a countrywide transmission network roll-out including 202 SDH MW hops (full indoor with wave guides) and ADM equipments (STM1 to 4). The roll-out includes also hot swap of existing links • Multi responsibility scope with also Project Management of Urban System roll out. Implementation of urban system including traffic controllers and control centres for Police and Vietnam transportation department within the East-West highway through HCMC. • Building up a local structure and team - Logistic: Office, Warehouse, Air/sea/road transportation partners and logistic - Resources: identifying and contracting: local PM’s/technical staff, subcontractors - Process: process defining, Project guideline elaboration • Main Interface to customer: - Project targets and completion schedule - Work progress and technical issues review - Provisional and Final Acceptance submission during weekly and monthly meetings • Management and allocation of int/ext resources: - 5 Local PM’s - Engineering and technical team - 10 subcontractor companies (2 per area) within 5 areas: Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh city, Hai Phong, Da Nang and Can Tho • Responsible of the whole process from logistic, network design, implementation phases to project PAC and FAC - Logistic: good shipping, goods importation, warehousing, sites delivery - Design: site surveys, LOS, network design and validation, technical documentation production - Implementation phases: Kick off, start of work, link/site implementation and handover - Acceptance: on field inspection and test reports, all acceptance deliverables for PAC FAC • Cost control.
