Key Achievements MIG21 — Investment Restriction Monitoring • Integrated 2 external data sources feeding 600 funds. • Configured and validated 80+ investment restriction rules. • Delivered end-to-end testing, exception workflows & rule optimization with Risk & Compliance. SWIFT Integration • Implemented SWIFT flows for cash payments, equity/bond trades & dividend transactions. • Improved STP rates and reduced manual processing. Reconciliation Transformation (Pre-NAV) • Deployed ReconPlus (Cash) and Recontrade (Securities). • Shifted reconciliation from post-NAV to pre-NAV processing. • Designed Lean-based KPI dashboards & Aging Reports → 50% operational savings for a 9-member team.
