13 direct people, 150 workers, working organization: 1/8 & 2/8, 50 000 cleaners / year - Management of the factory operations, Member of executive committee. - Scope: Manufacturing, procurement (15 M€ / year), scheduling, warehouse, technical department (Methods, Maintenance, Testing, Utilities, building). - Production process improvement (capacity: + 185%; Productivity: +42%). - Optimization of production, testing and traceability equipments to improve productivity, quality and ergonomics (Investments: 60 à 120 k€ / year). - Development of the human resources policy (budget: 2.3 M€): Team building, training, establishment of a recruiting and loyalty process for temporary workers (100 temps / years). - Optimization of uphill supply chain, internal material flow and inventory (-38% on inventory level, increase of inventory turnover). - Reduction of production overheads (costs reduction: -46%).
