I’ve spent more than twenty years in supply chain and procurement, moving easily between strategy and operations. Over time, I’ve learned that organizations don’t always need more processes. They often need something simpler and rarer: someone who brings clarity, alignment and forward momentum. That’s where I’m at my best. I simplify complexity, restore visibility and turn intentions into concrete actions. Whether it’s logistics, planning, CAPEX procurement, strategic sourcing, energy management, Scope 3 initiatives or a Net Zero roadmap, I understand fast and then I act. I integrate quickly with teams and systems. In the first weeks I focus on understanding the context, aligning with stakeholders and identifying practical improvements. I’ve led logistics transformations, large energy programs, global negotiations, team restructurings and long-term capability building. What drives me isn’t the job title but the impact: when a team gains confidence, when operations run smoothly, when a strategy turns into consistent results. My approach is hybrid: • strategic, because I understand systems, dependencies and long-term implications • operational, because I’m comfortable with flows, planning, decisions and day-to-day execution • human, because durable change only happens when people trust the direction I’m seeking a leadership role in supply chain or procurement where I can shape the direction, strengthen daily operations and build capabilities for the future.
