Insight-lab.ai is a comprehensive platform supporting the automatic processing of conversational text documents, such as qualitative or in-depth interviews, focus groups, sales call recordings, customer feedback, or any other interactions. The platform manages the whole process from contact management, recording, transcription, anonymization, and reporting. As a Senior Developer at Insight Lab, I play a key role in developing a general AI application designed to transform raw data into actionable insights. My responsibilities include: 🔹Python Development: Led the development of core functionalities using Python, focusing on API design and implementation to ensure seamless integration with diverse data sources. 🔹NLP (Large Language Models): Implemented Natural Language Processing (NLP) capabilities leveraging advanced LLMs (Large Language Models) to extract and analyze textual data, enhancing insight generation and data interpretation. 🔹CI/CD and DevOps: Established robust CI/CD pipelines using Git, GitHub, and Jenkins to automate testing and deployment processes, ensuring high reliability and efficiency in application updates. 🔹Lean Product Lifecycle Management: Applied agile methodologies to manage the product lifecycle effectively. Prioritized features and improvements based on user feedback and data analytics, optimizing the application's value proposition. 🔹Technical Leadership: Collaborated closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, UX/UI designers, and product managers to align technical development with strategic business objectives. 🔹Cloud Deployment: Utilized cloud-based platforms such as AWS to deploy and scale the application, ensuring optimal performance and availability for users. 🔹Continuous Improvement: Actively participated in code reviews, implemented best practices in software development, and contributed to innovation initiatives aimed at enhancing product capabilities and user experience.
