Basaltiq is a media agency that works on UX/UI projects and custom website design My role was to conduct user research in usage contexts and conveying key information to the UI team to ensure a solid interface design. My role was to lead the development team and production of prototypes while offering the best possible user experience: - Defined business objectives and understanding challenges - Implemented Lean Startup for business model validation - Brainstorming with wireframe production and zoning and creation workshops - Designed web/mobile mockups and testable prototypes - User testing Results: 50,000 app downloads on Play Store, a rating of 4.1 out of 5, and high user satisfaction.
