Blissim is the leading Group (under LBO) in Beauty Box (more than 180,000 monthly subscribers) and e-shopping in Cosmetics and Beauty products.

Interim Management mission at a fast-growing Group under LBO (doubling of Revenues every year), designing and distributing its own photovoltaic systems in France, Switzerland, Spain, Italy and Romania, and energy supplier approved by the French Energy Regulator. To structure the financial department, to set up FP&A and management report, to raise financing required by the growth (working cap and CAPEX).
