During my free time out the office hours I Support and advise people in the constitution, the valuation, the security of their financial assets and the protection of their loved ones. I am registered and recognized by ORIAS. I am proficient in insurance products and tax optimization. In addition to my project management work, I help and support people to: - build and optimize their assets, - optimize their tax situation to avoid paying taxes, - secure their assets, - protect their families, - prepare for their retirement.

Monitoring of project cost updates, monitoring of project schedules, monitoring of project results. Monitoring of the time spent by the teams on the projects in order to assess cost-perimeter and time consistency. Collection of requests from department heads and those responsible for activities and budgets Ensure that projects are included in the monitoring plan. Quantitative and qualitative analysis of the time spent by the teams on the projects. Create a dashboard of activities and projects. Projects: Production of annual information on life insurance Position: Project manager - Coordination of the progress of developments dedicated to the production of annual information of Life insurance Mission: : Strengthen the team in order to meet the deadlines for producing the annual information required by the tax authorities in the context of life insurance contracts. Tasks : Define the scope and plan the production of annual information Define the production parameters of the annual information Validate the functional specifications for the production of annual information Follow the tests and validation of the data produced in order to authorize the final production

Project: Implementation of T2S common European settlement platform TARGET2-Securities (T2S), In goal to join the common European settlement platform TARGET2-Securities (T2S), Clearstream Luxembourg and German branches make an adaptation of their existing applications. Role: Project Manager to hold the role of Project manager and Migration coordinator of T2S in Germany and Luxembourg. The main tasks: Participate in European Central Banks work groups in to report project progress, Collect news business requirements and stakeholder’s feedback Test plan and coordinate the test execution and progress reporting Follow the bug resolution and closure Participate in the daily test meeting (Test progress and Bugs resolution progress) Preparation of the Migration week end test rehearsal Planned and managed the execution of several migration rehearsals and the actual migration Coordinated diverse cross-functional set of business and IT resources of Luxembourg and Frankfort

Project: To satisfy the European requirement in terms of the AIF reporting, Schroders Investment Management built an application to generate and package the AIFMD reports Role: Project Manager to Hold the role of Project manager of the implementation of AIFMD regulatory reporting The main tasks Definition of test strategy Collection of the user’s needs Identification of requirements Defining the scope of test Updating the test referential Writing of the test document for validation Definition and writing test plan (via Team Foundation System) and Validation of UAT Running the test campaign (Functional Testing and UAT) Management of test campaigns: Test plan progress reporting Following the bug resolution and closure Management of the daily meeting (Test progress and Bugs resolution progress) Preparing the Training documentation and user guide User training for the use of application features Coordinating the UAT User support during UAT Assessment tests Produce the first reports from Q4 2014.
