• Owned the Feedback Topic product end-to-end to extract and unify feedback from emails, surveys, tickets and calls using LLM classification, enabling faster issue detection and improvement opportunities. • Built an autonomous AI agent that periodically reclassifies feedback topics and runs health checks, establishing a practical evaluation loop to track and improve classification accuracy over time. • Leveraged Claude Code agentic workflows to design, develop and ship scalable services with Kafka, Hadoop, SQS, S3 — improving Customer Success product reliability through iterative continuous delivery.

• Built an AI-native call insights feature end-to-end: extracts key moments, summaries and tags from sales conversations using TypeScript, React, Apollo, GraphQL, and React Query. • Drove HubSpot sales reps adoption of prospecting and deal management workspaces from 54% to 73% by iterating on user-facing features informed by product metrics and user feedback.

iDAKTO is a FrenchTech startup specializing in digital identity. I joined the R&D team to work on their PaaS (Platform as a Service) that is being used for mobile application like "France identité" or "Mon e-ID". Main tasks: • Conducted integration tests for Idakto's digital authentication platform using Go and Ginkgo test framework. • Automated these tests through GitLab CI pipelines for different configurations (France, Maroc, Egypt). • Working with a complex Kubernetes environment geared towards supporting millions of users via government identity applications like "France identité" or "Mon e-ID" (Marocco).

As a CIO, I maintained Nsigma services such as the website (nsigma.fr), the self-hosted GitLab, docker runners, gitlab pages, discord bot, nginx reverse proxy and applications we use like Slack, Google suite / workspace or OVHCloud. As a Solution Engineer, I estimated 10 projects in different fields of computer science, increasing sales by +43,6k€

As a FullStack SWE Intern, I developed a single-page web application to manage employees' absences. I used Symfony 4 to build the backend and ReactJS for the frontend part. I had to set up API routes using API Platform framework, unit test with PHPUnit and SQL scripts. Worked with a small team of 6 developers using agile (scrum) methodology which allows the Team to advise me and give me feedback to better restructure and refine my code.
